Develop a brand identity for a coffee shop with the highest quality of beans and brew methods looking to stand out in London, UK.


Solution

I created the brand’s name and tone of voice for those who worship coffee and their ritual around it. Since the shop wanted to stand out from the crowd, the tone speaks to those who have always stood out - the outliers and freethinkers. I developed a brand world for this audience that draws inspiration from the church, cults, heavy metal and skate culture in a nerdy, fresh way.


Result

An instant cult brand for everyday misfits who are coffee obsessed.
