Jen Aurich Print Shop

Tone-setting and naming for the launch of an online print shop.

copywriting

Brief

Develop the tone of voice and write the copy for a photographer’s online print shop.

Solution

Through meetings and discussions, I learned about Jen’s process and vision for her brand. I created a cohesive tone, from the about page to the titles, to inspire feelings of nostalgia and reflection, just like the photography itself.

Result

A clear and contemplative tone of voice that brings the collection together and complements the photographer’s style.

Post Swim

2019, giclée printed on archival epson enhanced matte paper

A shadow of a bathing suit hanging to dry is cast on a painted wall. This image captures a moment of reflection at a special place frequented by Jen since childhood and inspired her to launch the print shop.

Sugar Beach

2021, giclée printed on archival epson enhanced matte paper

Pink sun umbrellas captured in winter. This beach neighbours a sugar factory, hence its name. The dusting of snow gives the graphic image added sweetness.
